The RH Accelerator is excited to announce we are investing in brüst protein coffee, a Western University startup company focusing on developing functional coffee that brings delicious sustained energy to fuel Canadians.
Founded by two Ivey MBA graduates, brüst was started to fill a unique gap in the nutrition marketplace. They saw consumers looking for a simple, delicious, and better for you solution to fuel their morning. Built on the concept of sustained energy, brüst has 20g of protein and a full cup of cold brew coffee in each bottle. This daily energy essential is light and smooth, low in calories, and makes a perfect breakfast on-the-go or midday pick-me-up that consumers love.

“While meeting brüst for the first time we were able to sample their product,” says David BiIlson, Co-Founder of the RH Accelerator. “We were amazed by the quality of both the light and dark roast products. I have personally incorporated brüst coffee into my daily nutrition routine to help me stay consistent with workouts.”
brüst has had an amazing year of growth, partnering with multiple retailers including Walmart and Healthy Planet to increase the availability of the product. They have recently launched a partnership with tennis star Denis Shapovalov to promote their product, further fueling growth.
By partnering with the RHA, Brüst will establish a presence at The Grove, Western Fair District’s emerging commercialization hub for Food and Beverages in Southwestern Ontario. brüst will gain access to the remarkable resources and infrastructure of The Grove, on top of mentorship and assistance from the RHA.
