London, ON — The Canadian Agri-Food Automation & Intelligence Network (CAAIN) has appointed Joe Dales to its Board of Directors. The non-profit company, which was awarded $49.5 million in 2019 by the Government of Canada to fund Canadian agtech projects, cited his distinguished career in agriculture, food innovation, and entrepreneurship, as motivation for adding Mr. Dales to its leadership team.
Joe is widely recognized as a leader in the agricultural innovation space. As the Co-Founder of RH Accelerator Inc. and a trusted advisor to numerous ag-tech and food companies, he has played a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering collaboration in the industry. His extensive experience in technology commercialization, strategic partnerships, and scaling enterprises aligns seamlessly with CAAIN’s objectives to enhance productivity, sustainability, and global competitiveness.
